We will not store any customer credit card information. Online purchases are processed through Pay Leap Merchant Services (http://www.payleap.com), are processed automatically, and no information is stored by us or by our Pay Leap merchant account/shopping cart service. We use the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for our shipping service, at this time. Orders received prior to 4PM EST (Eastern Standard Time), on a given Monday through Saturday, will be processed and shipped that same day - orders received after 4PM EST will be shipped the following day. Exceptions are for orders taken on Sundays and/or U.S. national holidays (and/or holiday weekends), regardless of time of day, will be shipped on the following available business day.
USPS First Class = 2-6 days after shipment, depending on location, for delivery.
We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.
Please include the packing slip with your return. Indicate what you are returning and why. Please let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, refund, or credit. If you do not have your packing slip, please include your name, email address and order number along with the items that you are returning. You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us.
If you are asking for an exchange, we will send your replacement item(s) at no charge.
If we send you the wrong size or the wrong product, we will make arrangements to correct our mistake, no questions asked.
All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept back washed items. If a washed item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you.
